My name is Holly and would love to help you transform how you feel from the inside out with Pilates.

Since Teaching Pilates Based Conditioning:
I've received hugs and huge smiles from clients after their sessions.  Many of them tell me they look forward to their workouts.  One client told me she tucked in her shirt for the first time in 12 years.  Another client grew taller by a quarter inch in 8 weeks due to the posture changes.

What is Pilates? 
Pilates is a unique method of exercises designed and named after Joseph Pilates.  He originally called his method "contrology" which is a good description.  It teaches you how to engage your core muscles to support good posture.  Pilates also helps retrain your body's bad patterns of movement which can cause pain and fatigue.

The Pilates method:
This method is gentle yet challenging.  It's great for anyone who wants to be fit for whatever life brings.  It builds strength from the inside out.  Proper Pilates instruction works with your individual fitness level and progressively takes your fitness to new levels.  I use several peices of equipment to meet each clients' individual needs and fitness level.

Neck & Back Care:
I use very modified exercises for those with special needs such as back, neck, hip or knee issues.
